One of our priorities for Vermont over the next decade through 2030 and beyond is to improve access to effective and equitable healthcare.

It is important to be able to get preventive care early and regularly to prevent illness and disease. It is also important to get healthcare for emergencies and for regular treatment of illness.

Making sure all people in Vermont can get the care they need when they need it, and feel comfortable and safe in seeking that care, is essential for healthy people and communities.
